From small churches to mega churches, single-site ministries to multi-site models, and across a wide range of denominational contexts, his heartbeat has remained the same: helping churches thrive and empowering leaders to move forward with clarity and confidence.
As the founder of DiscipleWorks, Jason brings a wealth of experience, deep insight, and a pastor’s heart to every conversation.
